Across 37 live Multan laptop ads on ZOVARI on 28 October 2026, the median asking price was Rs 60,000. Ads ranged from Rs 24,000 for older 4th gen era laptops to Rs 3,20,000 for a MacBook Pro M3.
How much does a Core i5 8th gen laptop cost in Multan?+
Multan ads for 8th gen Core i5 laptops ranged from Rs 42,500 to Rs 64,000, with a median of Rs 47,000. Examples include a Dell Latitude 5300 at Rs 42,500 and a Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1 at Rs 52,000.
Which laptop should I buy in Multan for university?+
For most students, an 8th gen Core i5 business laptop with 8GB RAM and an SSD is the best value, costing roughly Rs 42,500–52,000 in Multan ads. 8th gen is the oldest Intel generation that officially supports Windows 11.
Are laptops under Rs 30,000 in Multan worth buying?+
Laptops at Rs 24,000–29,000 in Multan are mostly 4th gen era models that do not meet Windows 11 requirements, and Windows 10 support ended on 14 October 2025. They are fine only for basic browsing and typing as a second laptop.
At this price Multan ads are mostly 4th gen era Dell Latitudes and similar. They handle typing, browsing and YouTube on an SSD, but their processors are below Microsoft's Windows 11 minimum (Intel 8th gen or newer, or AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer, plus TPM 2.0). Windows 10 support ended on 14 October 2025, so these machines no longer get free security updates. Buy one only as a cheap second laptop or for a child's basic schoolwork.
Rs 40,000 – Rs 65,000: the sweet spot for most buyers
This is where 8th gen Core i5 business laptops sit: Latitude 5300 and 5290 at Rs 42,500–45,000, and 2-in-1 models like the Latitude 7390 and Acer Spin at Rs 47,000–52,000. 8th gen is the oldest Intel generation that officially supports Windows 11, and its U-series i5 chips are quad-core. For students, office work, freelancing on Fiverr or Upwork and online classes, this tier gives the best value. Our best laptop under Rs 50,000 guide names specific models in this range.
Rs 80,000 – Rs 1,00,000: newer and longer-lasting
Here you get 2020–2022 business models: EliteBook 830 G8, 845 G8, 645 G9 and ThinkBook 14 G2. Expect faster processors: the Ryzen 5 Pro 5650U and 5675U in these ads are six-core chips. Pay this much if you run heavy Excel files, light photo editing or many browser tabs, or if you want the laptop to last four years or more.
Above Rs 1,00,000: new laptops, MacBooks and GPUs
New or nearly new mainstream laptops listed in Multan (13th gen i7, Ryzen 5 7000) cost Rs 1,35,000–1,40,000. MacBooks range widely, from Rs 95,000 for an unnamed MacBook Pro to Rs 3,20,000 for an M3. Gaming and video-editing laptops with a dedicated NVIDIA card are listed at Rs 95,000 (older GTX 1050) up to Rs 1,98,000 (RTX 3060).
Which model fits which use
School and university: an 8th gen i5 with 8GB RAM and an SSD (Rs 42,500–52,000 in Multan). See best student laptops for course-by-course advice.
Office and accounting: a business line such as Latitude or EliteBook. The business laptops guide explains why these last.
Graphic design and photo editing: a 10th/11th gen or Ryzen 5 Pro machine with 16GB, or a MacBook. A higher-RAM listing like the 32GB EliteBook 845 G8 at Rs 90,000 suits this.
Gaming and video editing: you need a dedicated GPU. The RTX 3060 TUF Dash F15 at Rs 1,98,000 is far more capable than the GTX 1050 XPS 9560 at Rs 95,000.
How to judge a Multan asking price
Before you call a seller, compare like with like:
Check the generation, not just "Core i5". An ad titled "Core i5 3G" at Rs 29,000 and an 8th gen Latitude at Rs 42,500 are very different machines. Our Core i5 price guide shows what each generation should cost.
Adjust for RAM and touch. The 845 G8 at Rs 90,000 has 32GB RAM; an 8GB version should cost noticeably less.
Treat "brand new" on old models with caution. A 7th gen Dell XPS 13 listed as brand new at Rs 60,000 is almost certainly old stock or used. Ask for the box and purchase receipt.
Confirm the exact Mac model. "MacBook Air 2020" can mean the early 2020 Intel model or the late 2020 M1 model (model number A2337), and the M1 is the better buy. For Intel Macs, Apple has said macOS Tahoe is the last major macOS version they will get; the 16-inch MacBook Pro (2019) is among the Intel models it supports.
Pro Mall laptops are sold by ZOVARI itself, with cash on delivery and a 14-day functional testing and replacement warranty on used laptops (replacement, not refund). Some Pro Mall prices are close to, or below, the Multan ads: a Dell Latitude 5300 8th gen is Rs 50,000 versus Rs 42,500 for a used one from a Multan seller, while an HP EliteBook 845 G8 is Rs 73,500 against Rs 90,000 for the 32GB Multan ad. The HP EliteBook 645 G9 is Rs 80,000 in both places, though the Pro Mall unit has a minor dent. The difference to weigh is the warranty: a private ad usually comes with none.
