ZOVARI promises to provide honest and transparent details regarding the physical and internal condition of every pre-owned laptop (e.g., battery health percentage, cosmetic scratches, and hardware specifications) before final packaging and delivery. Customers have the right to request a brief video or live verification of the working device prior to dispatch from our Multan hub.

6.3 — Secure Delivery Insurance

ZOVARI bears full financial responsibility for the laptop while it is in transit. If a device is physically damaged or lost by the courier service during delivery, ZOVARI will replace the unit at zero extra cost to the customer. Customers are advised to record an unboxing video of the package as proof of transit condition.

6.4 — Lifetime IMEI / Serial Number Verification

We guarantee that every laptop sold through ZOVARI.com.pk is legally sourced and verified.

6.5 — Smooth Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order and receive full cooperation as long as the product has not yet been shipped out from our Multan location. Once dispatched, the standard 14-day replacement framework takes effect.
